I usually get my hair coloured by Judy but she was away, so someone else (Nabina?) assisted me this time. She was able to lighten my naturally dark hair to the ashy blond shade that I wanted, although there some streaks at the top of my head that were too grey and looked a bit like grey regrowth. I called the next day and explained that I wasn't happy with the grey streaks, so she asked me to come back in and corrected the colour for me at no extra charge. Overall very happy with the outcome and service.

I didn’t have a great experience today. I booked a half head of foils online and called the day before to ensure there was enough time to get my hair cut as I couldn’t see the option to select both on line. The colour that my hair turned was ash grey and this is not what I was expecting! I made it clear that I was not happy with the colour & was not guided by my stylist on how to fix it. I had to ask other staff working to help me. I was dissatisfied because I had to pay for a semi permanent colour to fix the grey hair I was given and I didn’t get a hair cut. It was as though the stylist had given up on me. No discount was offered or no tea or coffee was offered. I found the salon out of touch and lacking. I would not recommend if you are a new client.I’m sorry I never write bad reviews but have to on this occasion because of my terrible experience.
