Staff were welcoming, with smiles that reach the eyes, I was promptly seated and prepped, told what was happening in terms of a minimal wait and offered a drink and asked if there was anything else I needed. My hairdresser listened to me and offered 2 options for what I might benefit from. The result was terrific and I will be back to follow up on the other offerings. I thought the atmosphere at the salon was happy and bright.
