Advanced Cosmetic Medicine and Laser Clinic (ACM) is a private aesthetic medicine practice on Melbourne Street in the heritage-rich suburb of North Adelaide. Originally started as Dr. Rahma Targett’s passion project in late 2016, ACM soon flourished into a successful business with numerous satisfied return clients thanks to her professionalism and integrity.

MEET DR RAHMA TARGETT
Our cosmetic physician, Dr. Rahma Targett, has under her belt an impressive array of accomplishments and experience. Among her qualifications are; 20 years of experience as a Medical Practitioner (including some years as Deputy Chief Medical Officer in the United Nations), a Diploma in Dermatoscopy, a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, and more.
Dr. Rahma is not just a doctor with a formidable list of qualifications; she is also compassionate, personable and friendly. She forms a unique rapport with every client who walks through our door and builds trust with them.

I choose to see a Doctor for my first ever Botox treatment and while Dr Targett seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, it all felt very quick. I understand it's a relatively quick and minor treatment, but as it was my first time ever having Botox, I would've appreciated further explanation of what the procedure would entail and all of the after care and follow up to be discussed in person. The actual procedure itself took less than a minute and was painless but the whole process felt rushed. I'd appreciate being made to feel more comfortable and informed in the future. I am writing this on the same day so I'll allow the recommended two weeks to see the full effects and if I'm happy with the results I'd consider returning. The receptionist was incredibly warm and lovely, and the clinic was presented as a very bright, welcoming, clean and professional space with parking available right out the front.
