Chloe was professional and did a great job. Everything she did was perfect and she was lovely to deal with too. My only issue was the 'shopping centre' atmosphere of the treatment room (no lush warm towels) and even the 'bedsheet' used was disposable, like a giant chux wipe. Price was same as other salons but without the lux feel. Saying that, very convenient to have a treatment in a shopping centre while kids were at a movie.

This was a new experience for me as I didn’t realise how piercings were done now..much more hygienic than 60 years ago..and I also bought their special cleaning fluid and ongoing cars product Being sensitive to Nickel I was advised that Titanium was the way to go..good advice, however the cost was more than I expected, and then there is the additional cost of buying smaller posts in 6 weeks time…so overall. I thought it was a nice clinic and very nice clinician..but I thought it was quite pricey

went to get my belly pierced the lady was really nice and the experience was great however I did realise the piercing was sitting a little high above the belly button and not sitting directly in the belly button I didn’t realise until after. It still looks good from a far just when you get a closer look.

I did come in 10 minutes early.. No one else in shop. Both ladies were chatting and one then answered the phone and was then on there for awhile.. the other lady asked if she could help me. I said yes im here for my waxing appt , i apologised as i was 10 minutes early. the girl said the other one was doing it and wouldnt be long.. 10 minutes later she was off the phone, asked if i was ok, I said i was here for my waxing at 12.30pm. She said ok ill just need to go clean a room and get it ready. the other lady had been out in shop playing with stuff on the shelf. then when i went in she wasnt aware of what procedure i was having done etc, or which wax.. I had coincidentally rung on the friday before my monday to ask a couple questions and confirm what was happening and then rang monday morning to reconfirm i was coming and not from the area but use Essential Beauty only in SA I was quite stunned and disappointed in my appointment and the amount wasted
