One word: Chloe! I cannot recommend this AMAZING woman enough. While visiting the Gold Coast from NSW, I walked into the studio and asked Chloe if she could pierce my 9-year-old daughter’s ears. Her response was, “Absolutely—but with a needle, not the device. The device isn’t suitable for the anatomy of her ear.” This was music to both mine and my daughter’s ears. She has wanted her ears pierced for 3 years, but due to her tiny lobes and NSW rules, I couldn’t find anyone willing to use a needle on a child her age. We booked an appointment and returned a few days later. From start to finish, every interaction with Chloe was positive, professional, and full of warmth. She has the most bubbly, reassuring personality that instantly puts you at ease. She guided my daughter through the process with compassion and confidence—giving breathing instructions, checking in constantly, and explaining everything clearly. She made what could’ve been a nerve-wracking moment feel empowering and exciting. Honestly, I almost wanted to get a piercing myself—just because of Chloe! 😄 There was also another lovely lady assisting on the day (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name), who was super helpful with earring selection and setting up the room. It was genuinely heartwarming to see Chloe repeatedly thank her, showing mutual respect and teamwork. It made the whole space feel welcoming and safe—especially important for a nervous child. Chloe, thank you. You made my daughter feel empowered, special, and proud of herself. We’ll never forget the experience.
