Booked in with NEDA recently, I had forgotten to confirm my appointment (in time). Not to worry, they accomodated me straight away without any fuss, sat me down gave me a list of complimentary drinks, followed by a relaxing shampoo, condition & tingly head massage. All staff there are very polite, welcoming, and friendly while remaining genuine and not being too over the top! Great to support local business, will be back.
