Neda always does a great job both colouring and cutting my hair. I used to shop around for the best "deal", but have found that Neda's prices are reasonable and she offers a great incentive to customers who refer a friend. I've referred several friends to her and most are returning customers. I love the massaging shampoo chairs. Neda is just lovely and very professional.
