I have been visiting Neda’s Hair for over a year, and have always had a fantastic experience. Ned’s and Tullulah are so welcoming, and great at what they do. They have a great points system so you accrue dollars at every visit- and end up with real discounts and savings. I have had foils, keratin, cute, semi permanent colours and have been happy with them all. Would highly recommend!
