Comment
I went in expecting a couple of treatments, was asked if I wanted a small extra area waxed, which wasn't explained to me that it would cost an extra $35. An expected $40 treatment turned into an $80 wax. Although the actual service was very good, not being explained that my two waxes would turn into double the price was very disappointing.
