Comment
The only downside was I kept getting left in order for the owner to greet other people and start their sessions in between mine. It would help if the owner had other staff to greet clients and set them up before she conducts their treatments. I felt as if she wanted me out/done so she could start with another client. It wasn’t a relaxing experience and I felt just like a number. However her knowledge, explanations and treatments were good. It obviously didn’t put me off because I have booked in for more treatments. Customer experience could be improved on though.
