I dropped in without an appointment to have an eyebrow wax and tint and it was a little busy at first and I had to queue HOWEVER, Monique was fabulous. Once it was my turn she gave me full attention, additional advice without me asking, and was genuinely listening and interested. She took time amongst her busy-ness to make me feel special and important - a gift she has for sure,and she is extremely knowledgeable and proffessional. I will definitely be back.And next time for a consultation and treatments. Some trial products she gave me (asap) are simply amazing and I have tried so many different things.What a welcome surprise to the end of amy working day:) Well done!
