Very happy with my stylist. Though, what upsets me and has happened twice now- being directed to sit by another staff member, yesterday the receptionist at a chair that has hair all over it and clumps of cut hair on the ground. I asked for it to be swept yesterday and she said- "Oh do you want me to sweep it? Ok sorry about that." I just found it to be an odd response. I don't think anyone wants to sit there with their feet and handbag in someone else's hair. Plus I needed to brush seat off with my hand. she was friendly after that and got me a coffee; But if first impressions count this isn't really good! Also no longer having a biscuit on the side of the coffee is a bit mean. The salon is expensive so I figure this would be a nice touch to have still. . Cheers

I highly recommend Maddie as a stylist. She is fantastic, had creative ideas and gave me a great new stylish look! I have very fine hair and she knew exactly how to cut it for maximum volume. Definitely one of the best cuts I have ever had!
