Every recommendation for Hair Hub! I found it on the internet read some comments and decided to give a chance. All staff is frendly and nice, but the work they do is amazing. Madeline, girl who's doing my hair is awesome. Thank you for good experience. See you soon.

My only criticism is.... when I book to have my hair done i ensure I book with a hairdresser i believe to be knowledgeable and competent in colour (especially mixing and application of), cut and conditioning. so when this booked person (who I've paid more for) passes off jobs such as 1/applying base colour 2/ toner(including deciding on when it comes off), and blow waving to junior staff because they are overbooked it REALLY upsets me. Last visit I had the booked hairdresser discuss my colour needs and applied foils and base colour. I then had two other staff apply the base colour to the rest of my hair. The girl on one side applied it correctly while the other girl (more junior) seemed to be missing large parts of my hair. The first girl then came back to correct it and seemed quite frustrated by her slackness. I was then sent to the basin with someone else to wash out colour and apply toner to foils. At home i saw she had also missed bits and i had somer nice orange streaks which i hadnt noticed in salon!There is one girl who is incompetent and I wont let her touch my hair again. It seems when owner isnt there things are far less organised. I'm giving them one more chance.will see if things have changed.there are a few very good hairdressers but it shouldnt be hit and miss.
