overall really great service and great skills - everyone is very knowledgeable. However my appointment was just a bit more expensive than i thought it would be. It said on the website from 318 dollars which i understand that means from and it isn’t a set price - but i ended up paying an additional 130 dollars without getting any additional treatments ect, just wish this was stated in the consult that it would be a significant difference for xyz reasons so i was aware i would be paying 450 dollars and not closer to 318 and was expecting this before my appointment started.

I have been to a few hairdressers since i moved here so CC was part of my trying to find a great new hairdresser. I did have a great cut but can get similar for $30 less. I might go back but just a bit too expensive for launceston.

Super friendly salon with clean, comfortable setting. Haircut was great and stylist lovely. Only a few minor issues - one was that at the basin there was no massage as advertised (which is usually a favourite part of the experience!). When blow-drying, a brush was not used, just hands and blow dryer which doesn't give as nice a finish/as bouncy and not what I've experienced in any other blow dry. During styling my hair in curls I was straining to keep my head straight as the stylist pulled very hard with the appliance. My curls also were ok. I had to ask for hairspray as I knew they would drop quickly without it and then hair wasn't brushed out. When I brushed out hair at home to make curls look nicer I noticed the bottom layer was quite flat. Overall okay experience.
