I found my experience overall wonderful. I received delicious hot drinks and my hair wash was sublime! I felt “ told off “ by the haircutter. I was nervous about getting my haircut as sometimes in other salons I haven’t been pleased. So when discussing the hairstyle, my hairdresser said to me that they had already explained twice the intended cut, so go off and get your hair washed. I felt “ told off”. Luckily the hair wash was wonderful and I tried to forget and to let go of feeling like a “ naughty girl “. During the haircut , I was told to stop moving my head ( a habit I have of looking up in the mirror to look at the person speaking ) it was the WAY the cutter spoke to me that again made me feel like a naughty girl. I’ve not experienced that at other salons. Not a nice feeling. I did my internal best to simply “let go “. Now about the style itself - brilliant. My haircut looks great. Wasn’t a new style just an upkeep. Will I , myself, go back ??? I’m not sure. I don’t ever wish to feel “ told off “. I felt that I really annoyed him. The cutter was most likely glad to see me leave. I left with mixed feelings:- nice haircut but not with nice feelings.

Staff are always friendly and helpful going out of their way to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience. Due to the where I live and the lack of notice I often have in making appointments I have consistently been impressed with the effort staff make to square me and my family in...it is much appreciated. I recommend CC to everyone! I have never yet in 15 years walked out feeling less than happy with my hair cut. If I am disappointed with the colour, it is either fixed, or an additional appointment is made to fix it at no cost and never have I been made to feel that this is an imposition. If I had to give some feedback for improvement - even when a business is thriving it should always be futures focussed with an eye to ongoing growth and improvement! Have you considered a CC uniform? At times I have thought that presentation/standard of dressed some is perhaps not always reflective of your quality establishment Have you considered how the hairstyles of your staff could positively impact on your clients? At a hair salon it would be inspiring to be surrounded by creative, diverse, modern and well cut/coloured stylists....bit like your staff being your best advertisement. Your clientele want to be convinced by what they see ! You should be proud of your establishment - I always enjoy my visits.

Had a wonderful experience with my first haircut here! Was offered beverages and made comfortable in the new environment. My ideas for my hair were taken seriously and my hair looks amazing and feels lightweight. Will definitely be back!
