From the first warm & welcoming smile @ reception, you know the staff are happy to work at Convict Cutters & hence are just as happy to do their best for clients. The coffees are top notch & always accompanied by a chocolate - as are the iced waters. The heated massage chairs together with a head massage during the conditioning treatment are a nice touch & very relaxing. I walked into Convict Cutters purely by chance some years ago & now all the kids go too. No matter what their ages, they are all treated well & look forward to their hot chocolates. Georgie is the best & by far the kids favourite - together with the rest of the team, she always takes the time to make everyone feel comfortable & we all leave looking 100%. Thanks to Robert for taking the time to train all the staff well in what is obviously a very successful business.

Thankyou Georgie for such a fabulous haircut, my first cut and colour with you. My husband actually commented positively on the "new do" ...... words to the effect of ... "Best haircut you've had in a long while." THAT says it all!

After receiving my colour I was taken to the very comfortable massage chair for a rinse and head massage .During this stage i had been at the salon for 2 hours and when my head was placed back for the rinse after around 10 minutes it was becoming painful in my neck from the basin.Once the cushion was placed there it was fine.However it just took too long to rinse the colour compared to the time it normally takes.I didn't feel comfortable to say this to my regular hair dresser which I know if I had have she would have told me that she would see too it that the young lady was coached so as this wouldn't happen to another client.
