I love it that all staff at the salon are friendly to me not just my own stylist. That is unusual and very very appreciated It makes me feel like a valued client. Always a great team atmosphere and fantastic service. I always leave feeling rested and looked after. A bit like going home to mum's!!!!

I am always made to feel very welcome and the service I receive is personalised. All the staff present with a positive friendly demeanour which is critical in the service industry. While I find prices slightly more expensive than I would prefer, I am happy to pay what I do for the service I receive and how I am made to feel while I am there. Always a totally positive experience.

I have been a client at Convict Cutters for two years now and have always been impressed with the professional and friendly service that they provide. It is a complete package from the time they answer the phone to book your appointment to the time you walk out of the salon with your hair style complete, the service is of the highest standard I have ever received. I recently dramatically changed my hairstyle, they gave me lots of advice and spent time with me to ensure that I would be happy with the final result. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional hair stylists.
