I have been to a few hairdressers since i moved here so CC was part of my trying to find a great new hairdresser. I did have a great cut but can get similar for $30 less. I might go back but just a bit too expensive for launceston.

Clare and the other staff are always incredible. I never even consider going anywhere else. Always well beyond friendly and pleasant, I've never had a single negative interaction with anyone there. God knows what I'd do if I were to move states and had to find another salon.

As always a great experience and outcome, my only gripe was there was no neck rest made available during the shampoo which was very uncomfortable, given the pressure of the head massage, which was otherwise good but I couldn't enjoy it.

The score for the environment was influenced by the fact that redecoration was taking place - it's great that the salon is being repainted but obviously, inconvenient whilst it is happening.
