I had an appointment with Shanaya for a cut and colour. She listened closely during our consultation and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Hair stylists don't always get blonde highlights right, but her work was perfect! She's also really lovely and easy to talk to - we had a great chat and the time went by quickly! Highly recommend!

The stylist I booked was unavailable at short notice so I was happy and grateful to receive a call first thing that morning to be booked in the same afternoon with the awesome Kim. Loved the salon atmosphere. I had a lovely view from the front window. First time here and I will be back, thank you. Very happy with the colour - I got compliments as soon as I left the salon!

My first visit to Convict Cutters. It’s a lovely spacious salon with friendly and professional staff. Basin time was relaxing and I’m very happy with the style cut. I feel that Rob took the time to understand what I was wanting to do with my hair. I will return as needed and I would definitely recommend this salon to family or friends. Heads up to those with physical limitations - the salon is on the second floor if you’re not able to do stairs. All in all a very positive experience, thank you.
