I love going for my hair appointment and really look forward to a couple of hours of pampering. All the staff are professional and friendly and in no time you feel part of the family. My stylist, Martika, is great. On my first visit to the salon she listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. We are having fun at present working toward a new style and I am looking forward to the end result. Based on my experience I would recommend anyone wishing to receive a great haircut, style, colour etc., as well as a taste of luxurious pampering for themselves, would not go wrong in making an appointment today! You will not be disappointed.

Sometimes your apprentices appear to be not interested in what they are doing or in a hurry to go home. From a clients perspective you are paying for a luxury, and you should give the client the same energy as you would at the start of the day. Try not to mention that its been a really busy day, your tired and want to go home. Most people understand that fatigue set in at the end of a day, however (The client) is looking forward to a great relaxing experience at the end on a long working day too!

My regular hairdresser had left, so had 1 person cut another colour. I had a previous great colour, basically blond with highlights. Left with dark hair with which I was not happy. I did not say anything at the time of a wrong colour happening as in a hurry and just left feeling rather unhappy. I am sure if I rang in regard to my concerns that it could be rectified but just too busy.

Had a great salon experience, great service and a really good cut. Very friendly hairdresser who was professional and did a really good job. Only issue was that I had to wait 20 minutes after I arrived for my appointment to be seen.

I always have a great experience with Convict Cutters, the whole team is phenominal. Unfortunately I do end up spend a lot more money than many other women I know who go elsewhere. Otherwise, there is nothing else I can say! Fantastic job guys, keep up the good work! :)

I have been getting hair cuts at CCutters for 8 years or so now. Always great service, professional advice and I haven't had a bad haircut yet. :-)
