Brooke genuinely cares about her clients (and staff!), and it's obvious that she puts a lot of effort into making sure that I look and feel great, and am ecstatically happy with my cut at the end. She is very consultative in her approach and actually listens to what I want, providing insightful advice for cut, colour and styling. I'd recommend the team at Arc a thousand times over!

This place is fab! If I'm honest I only went here because I had a living social voucher so I started out with pretty low expectations, however this hair salon was great! I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly all the staff were, how well presented the salon is and most of all I'm very pleased with my new haircut. Everyone at work has said how nice it looks so you can't ask for more really! I will definitely be going again.

I visited ARC Hairdressing & Wine Bar, as I am a client of their new hairdresser Sadie. I walked out feeling fabulous. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning to the salon. I loved the fresh modern feel of the salon. I have never been to a salon where they mix the colours/products in your view, but I loved it. It somehow felt more personal. There was so many pluses that I experienced whilst there, from the onsite parking to the Global Keratin treatment they offer (which I have booked in for during my next appointment). Ohh and the basin chairs are sooo comfy, if only I could relax in them all day!! I can't wait for my next appointment.

The staff were very friendly and it wasn't just the haircut that was great, the service was exceptional. The staff were well educated about the best style for my friend's shaped face. One suggestion in future is to have an organic product available as I use organic products at home and this will be one variable that may impact if I do or do not return. Perhaps they currently do and I am not aware. Thanks.
