Interesting to see that the time before I came in, Michael used additional product & I was charged $265. This time, Lisa did not use any extra products & I was charged $205. I did not notice any difference! The quality of the service was excellent & the colourist, Carla, made the effort to check my records & discuss options. It was unfortunate that Michael's overbearing personality made you feel bullied & intimidated, to an extent. I do not miss the tsunami of personal opinions & unprofessional behaviour & the idea was for me to have appointments with Lisa as a first priority. I did not feel comfortable being shoehorned into having Michael.
