At last I have found a hairdresser who truly understands curly hair. Bek is a curly hair specialist and I love what she did for my hair. She is an absolute professional explaining the structure of my hair and giving advice on how to make the most of it. She has a lovely warm manner about her.

I have always found the Mahiki Team to be very polite & friendly. The premises are always spotlessly clean & tidy. Jodie is excellent at cutting & styling. She has always been able to manage my hair & cuts it in the short & edgy style that I like. The staff are happy to provide advice on products for your hair but do not push this which is refreshing. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Mahiki Hair to family & friends & I have actually done this.

Nice to be offered coffee frequently during each visit which obviates the need for visits to The Lab across the road. The mints offered with the coffee are an unusual touch that I have not seen elsewhere. Drinking coffee and sucking on mints brings together 2 taste sensations that are not, on the face of it, complementary. I accept salted caramel chocolate or icecream works. It would be interesting for you to include a specific question about coffee/mints combination.
