Lovely experience today with Brodie. Great attention to detail and listen to my brief of wanting rose good colour and delivered. Also brilliant styling and gave me the wave I had asked for. She also took time to gently teach which was polite and courteous which scored huge points with me. The cost was up there but then again I did have her and a lovely apprentice, Anastasia looking after me for 3.5 hours. Other staff were friendly and attentive. Would like a greater green tea selection and just a quick orientation to where the loos are. All in all a very excellent experience in a nice salon. I will definitely be back!
