The staff are always friendly from the time you call to book and appointment and when they greet you upon arrival. The treatments are luxurious and relaxing. Katrina is my therapist and I have been seeing her for over 5 years. She knows my skin, she's knowledgeable about the products and services they offer and I trust her completely with my skin. hence why I keep coming back.
