I generally happy with the service. A little advice for the therapist. My treatment was an eyebrow wax. Ask the client what they would like, trim, thinner etc.. Do not assume that what you are going to do is what the client wants. My eyebrow was left patchy. It is not the usual therapist I have.

I enjoyed my first waxing experience. There were only a few places where some strands of hair were missed and some wax left on my skin but it was easy to pluck the hairs and wash off the wax. My experience was easy and enjoyable with Heba. Thank you. I will be coming back.

Fantastic facial but disappointing that vouchers can’t be used when there are sales, and was not mentioned on the phone at the time of booking. Would not have made appointment if I had known.
