Good morning I really enjoy coming to your salon, however on the weekend I was shocked to hear that Rosie will no longer be working in Greensborough. I know she has been working at Essendon and Greensborough for some time but it was still a shock. I must say that standing at the counter while Rosie was informed of this decision for the first time was i might say quite uncomfortable. Rosie was a little surprised, I was being told I probably wont see her again and I was making bookings for my next appointment. Rosie was asking about all her other clients. I would have liked to give Rosie a gift or looked at my options before finding out her last day was Sat. I must say I was shocked, that she found out this way (at the counter in front of a client) and myself and her other clients will too.
