I had a 90 minute massage at wellsprings and the actual massage was great, the staff was great however when i pay for a 90 minute massage i would like 90 minutes of treatment not from arriving getting undressed then starting. i had to get un dressed and then re dressed straight after my massage in the room. i didn't have a chance to relax and have a drink. i then was booked in for a blow dry, this was not worth $70 i regret getting it done i should have saved my money and done it at home. i think that there should be a lounge area that you go to get changed into your robe then go back and wait till your treatment is ready to commence so you get your whole treatment time. Once the treatment is over you return to the lounge and offered a refreshment. Specially when your at a day spa. My blow wave was rushed and i walked out like i hadn't had it done, two girls rushed me out i tied my hair straight up, i had a glass of water in front of me was not offered a refill or coffee or tea., for a total service of $240 i was not happy at all. Would not recommended this as a day spa, might as well pay less and go to a massage bar for $60

I really enjoyed the massage and the therapists was very lovely and talented. Unfortunately my relaxing escape was taken away from a bit by attempts to up sell me at arrival to a 1 hour massage by the receptionist. And to buy products when I had finished from the therapist. Perhaps if it was approached differently it wouldn’t of felt so uncomfortable, but I don’t feel its the appropriate environment to up sell.

Hi I decided to have shellac put on my nails so it would lasted longer for my two week holiday overseas. I had them done 12th july today 13th I've soaked it off myself and will go and get them redone. The lighting was poor for your staff member and the product looked near out of date leaving it very hard for her to apply. Once getting outside my nails were lumpy looking, not an even coverage to the tip and down the sides of my nails had been missed, overall not a good application at all. Certainly not worth $100.00 sorry guys I really am

Booked for 1.5 hours but the appointment lasted not more then an hour. I could hear a shower going and taps banging from this while trying to lie and relax for my appointment. This is the 3rd time I’ve had the same therapy and by far my worst experience.

The winter De stress did not focus on the neck, shoulders, jaw and back as listed area rather it was legs, decolletage, feet, head. Did not meet my expectations I did not receive any professional advice so was not able to score that question.
