Usually see Gemma and she does an amazing job of my eyebrows (wax/tint) Today booked in with someone else as couldn’t get into Gemma and not happy At all with the outcome unfortunately.

Salon is very 'fancy' in appearance,however there are a lot of signs saying don't touch this or don't touch that which made me feel a bit edgy. The treatment room was freezing cold, but I found the electric blanket and turned that on. It was nicely appointed and clean. Staff were 'professionally friendly', certainly no chit chat or banter. Massage was ok, but she had very sharp nails which wasn't the greatest.

Hadn't been since new location and had trouble finding the salon, asked 4 people in the plaza and no one knew where the salon was. First table did not work properly so had to move to another room/table. However the staff member was lovely

I have had lovely eyebrow shapes done with Jemma on previous occasions, but today I was served by Steph. I have the ugliest eyebrows ever, could have done better myself, they are not both the same shape and are very heavy. I have tried to scrub some off tonight, but am extremely disappointed.

Once appointment was done I noticed that an area of bikini line had been missed. The blonde girl who did not introduce herself is now waiting at the desk. I got dressed and mentioned the issue so I now have to go back to the room with which the girl says " you should have said something" how am I to know when I'm looking up at the ceiling. The weekend is here, I'm in Arizona by the pool & notice patches all over my legs that have been missed...this is the 2nd time this has happened but picked up on it before getting off the table the first time. Not happy with this outcome! I used to go to another salon but since moving to Leopold your salon is more convenient but if this should continue then I'll have to have a rethink... I should mention though, the staff are very nice girls & don't want this to reflect on the whole salon.

I have been here several times now, I usually always have the same therapy whom I have been very happy with. However yesterday I was booked in with someone else, I don’t know why, I had assumed I was seeing my normal therapist. I was also swapped between two different therapists, one for tinting and one for waxing which bothered me. The therapist that did my tint was much tougher than the girl I normally see. However the result was still good.
