this is my local salon. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful. I do feel the salon itself needs a bit of TLC. even though it is very clean, it could do with a fresh coat of paint and some of the grout around the tiles is lifting off. When you go to a medispa you want to be pampered, which the staff do very well however part of the pampering is also the surroundings, it needs to feel luxurious so when a person is getting a massage, facial or nails done it makes the whole experience feel 'special'.

I came for an eyebrow wax and tint and left with half the thickness of my brows when I dont have thickness.and I didn't ask to be insulted or diagnosed about the dryness of my skin or to hear about products I don't want to know about.

Shannon is brilliant. She does a fantastic job. She never pesters me or lectures me about skin and beauty products. I've had people do that to me before and I've wanted to leave the appointment. Shannon makes me extremely comfortable and happy to be there.
