Once appointment was done I noticed that an area of bikini line had been missed. The blonde girl who did not introduce herself is now waiting at the desk. I got dressed and mentioned the issue so I now have to go back to the room with which the girl says " you should have said something" how am I to know when I'm looking up at the ceiling. The weekend is here, I'm in Arizona by the pool & notice patches all over my legs that have been missed...this is the 2nd time this has happened but picked up on it before getting off the table the first time. Not happy with this outcome! I used to go to another salon but since moving to Leopold your salon is more convenient but if this should continue then I'll have to have a rethink... I should mention though, the staff are very nice girls & don't want this to reflect on the whole salon.

Hi I went for a lip wax , I know that you have a new girl . she was pleasant . But I think she needs more experience as the wax was cold !! and it wouldn,t move across my lip, she said sorry and that,s fine, also her nails where pressing into my lip and my face ,but I feel by mentioning this it may help her as she seemed very nice person .
