I thought the treatment table should have been covered in the waxing area instead of laying on the naked plastic. Also the treatment was much more expensive to that 'down the road'. I do think the quality of the wax was better though. Perhaps some specials would encourage new clients.

Eyebrow wax now $25, far too expensive. Pay $12 -15 max down the road.

Although there are cheaper service providers in our local area, at Venus, our prices reflect not only the overheads involved in running a professional business, but also the qualification of your therapist and the level of service provided. The consultant I had was very gentle and professional. She had a very pleasant demeanour and created a comfortable environment. The facial was mostly enjoyable but I felt the massage component of the experience was lacking and was a bit of a let down given it features quite strongly in the description of a classic facial.
