Too expensive for service received and compared to other salons.

At Urban Chic we do offer a tiered pricing system to hopefully accommodate everyones budget, so depending on the stylist and their experience depends on the overall service bill. You were looked after by Jess one of my very senior stylists with many years of experience under her belt. We also use only the very best products in salon to give us the very best results we can achieve. All of this comes at a higher price. I also keep all of my staff updated with all the latest trends and techniques with on going salon education, I feel that as we offer our clients that little bit extra, I can reflect this with the pricing in the salon. We would however love to look after you again in the future and if we structure your appointment differently maybe this would be more appropriate for you. I can't praise Amy and her team enough for their excellent customer service. I have never walked away from that salon feeling mistreated or unhappy with the results achieved. Amy is such a fantastic operator that she even put up with me sending her SMSs on Good Friday because I was desperate to book in! She followed through with a booking that Tuesday, that is what you call excellent customer service.
