I have been going to Zink at Unley for many years and this cut and style was the worse I have ever had the salon was busy and short staffed. I waited a lot between colour and washing and the cut was rushed Michelle cut and washed another clients hair whilst someone else dried mine before the cut was finished. One side of my hair (bob with a concave back and long sides-not a hard cut and one I have had for years)is ragged and badly cut because it was longer than the other side which I had to point out to the hairdresser and the fix was botched due to hurrying. The sides were not long enough and the back was straight not concave-very upset this cost me $194.00) I will go back for a cut and then a couple of weeks later a colour-I understand things get busy but I would rather have been cancelled than have a botched haircut which people at work have already commented on the right side of my hair being raggy
