I booked a complete restyle with a Male stylist - but didn’t get this. The owner is super friendly but unfortunately the lady who serviced me was not. A few things to highlight : - my booking request was ignored - when seated, she was immediately start cutting using a razor without asking what I want - I needed to ask a few times to get it slightly shorter on the side but it was still ignored - not a single question on how I want it or what I am looking for - the washing was harsh and short - I asked to get it washed after cutting again, which was just a very quick (15 sec) rinse with cold water - the mirror showing was just a very fast “that’s it “ I paid $50 and I am not happy. Sorry - but I won’t come back.

I was booked in for a 6pm appointment with one of the girls. Her last customer must have been running late or something, because he then walks in at 6.05pm and gets attended to straight away. So there I am sitting on the couch thinking WTF is going on. I then have to wait 15-20minutes for one of the other girls to be available who the booking wasn't even with. You do great haircuts but that made me furious and not sure if I'll come back. Thanks.

The colour was different from what I wanted

Didn’t feel like much effort was made to communicate with me about what I wanted. Cut came out quite messy and unflattering. Disappointing considering the cost.

I most of the time have to wait and my roots are a lot brighter than the rest. She said it was just the light. But I think it's cos she left it in too long. Disappointed.

I did a haircut on Saturday and unfortunately, the result wasn't the thing that I asked for and I wasn't happy at all. Also, the price has not mentioned on the website. I had to choose a haircut only while when I have arrived Davide mention that my hair needs to be washed and so the price was higher than that I expected. You should clearly have all those prices on your website.
