As my first visit to a new salon I was moderately apprehensive. Ulms (and specifically Graham) were recommended by a friend whose hair always looks beautiful. Graham’s knowledge and experience were immediately evident as well as his ability to listen, providing me with confidence. I also enjoyed our conversation. The head massage provided by Anna during a complementary condition was probably the best I have ever experienced. The end product? My cut and colour were exactly as I requested. And my family, my toughest critics, were all very complementary! Thankyou
