Louisa is so lovely and a wonderful hairdresser. She really takes time to understand how someone wears/cares for their hair everyday and works to make the haircut suit with the client's lifestyle and maintenance routine. Also Louise styled it really beautifully as I was going to a wedding that day, nothing was too much trouble.
