Never disappointed at The Basin Haircutters. My husband, son and myself have been coming for years now and there has never been an appointment where we have not received the very best of service whether it is with our regular hairdresser Stephen or one of the girls when Stephen is not available. Congratulations to all the staff for maintaining such a high standard on every occasion, it is a real pleasure to be your clients.

From the moment you walk in the door, I was greeted and well looked after. My experience at Basin Haircutters is always a great experience, with experienced hair stylist, and continually asked if I would like anything. The staff are friendly and always willing to help with any queries. I would recommend Basin Haircutters to anybody who wants to have a great Hair Style with a great experience

Would just like to say I have been to many salons over the years and not one of them compares to The Basin. I feel welcomed, indulged and... By the time I leave I'm energised by the positive energy and professionalism afforded by everyone there. My hair is being positively commented on by my friends and is healthy, has movement and makes me feel very special. No more bad hair days here!! So... Thank you Mandy and team.
