Absolutely love the service and professionalism that Susan gives me. She’s amazing and have never had such a great hairdresser. The experience at the basin was terrific from the girl washing my hair also. I did find it awkward however that she was told to move me to another basin because the massage chair was making noise. The instructions she was given wasn’t overly subtle. The last three visits have seen me put in a chair that doesn’t work. Maybe time to invest in some new chairs rather than making customers feel like they’re annoying if they want the massage chair that works. Customers are paying a premium in your salon so it’s not unreasonable to expect a more professional level of equipment available.
