Comment
I have been going to the Basin for around 15 years and have often recommended it to friends and colleagues. All staff are fabulous, they are genuinely friendly and know the value of good customer service, often going beyond the call to please clients and make them feel comfortable and welcome. The only improvement I can suggest is to offer a discount for older customers which would be most appreciated, or perhaps loyalty bonuses. Congratulations to the management as I know they are responsible for promoting a caring culture in their business and providing opportunities for development for staff!
