As a first time visitor to Basin I must commend you on your excellent customer service. It was so refreshing to be greeted professionally on arrival, and treated with so much care and respect throughout my appointment. By chatting to my hairdresser I was impressed by the measures that the owners of the business appear to take to ensure a productive, supportive, friendly and professional environment for their staff to work in. This was evident in the level of activity and buzz in the salon during my visit. Also, the rewards offered to repeat customers is a great way to encourage customer loyalty. Thanks for the nurturing experience

The Basin always makes you feel so special and pampered and cared for. It’s always a lovely experience. Alice is the best hairdresser I’ve ever seen and always makes my hair look incredible. Would never see anyone else.

Fantastic experience, Kim has been styling my hair for nearly 10 years and I am always extremely happy with the results. I always feel she gives me 110% and never feel she rushes me out the door. My only criticism is the parking due to the location of the salon- it is difficult to find a car park close.
