The Basin came highly recommended and it absolutely lives up to the praise. Every visit from the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave has been wonderful. The professional stylists not only listen, are talented and skilled but are also genuinely kind and supportive to one another. I appreciate their Monday to Friday hours since Mondays are ideal for me. The pricing is very reasonable.

I interacted with Jet Katie and Lexi. Everyone was so professional and polite across all customers in the salon. Typically, salons have hostility but I had a great experience with politeness, respect and genuine interactions from each staff member
