a lovely atmosphere and super welcoming as a new client. i appreciated getting to know my hairdresser and having a small consultation regarding what i had in mind and the processes that would be used - communication was thoughtful and consistent the whole time. the salon itself is a really conscientious one and i’m really appreciative of the service offered and the comfort i experienced!

As always, such an amazing service at The Basin. After living overseas, I couldn’t wait to come back to the Basin. Truly the best hairdressers that are amazing at their craft and genuinely nice people :) I’ll be a client for life.

First time at this salon - loved it! Super professional and friendly. The stylist was very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions that other salons haven't. She knew her products! Love my hair - it's exactly what I asked for. I will now make this my regular salon.

Today was my first time visiting this salon and i had an amazing experience with Rebecca who cut and styled my hair. Rebecca gave me amazing advice on how to tame and smooth my hair and demonstrated to me how to style my curtain bangs which was super helpful. Shelby who shampooed & conditioned my hair was super sweet and friendly, she used the perfect amount of pressure when doing a scalp massage. The salon was very warm and welcoming, overall 10/10 experience <3
