Even when staff were absent due to illness the team pivoted and was able to fit my appointment in and I had no issues with someone different doing my appointment as the team works as they shoudl - as a team.

I unfortunately had the worst haircut experience I have ever had at this salon, which is incredibly disappointing as I have previously enjoyed coming here. I specifically asked for a light trim, but instead I left with what is essentially a bob. The cut is extremely uneven, with long and short pieces throughout my hair, and one side is noticeably longer than the other. I asked three separate times for the cut to be corrected, however, I still left with an uneven length and a haircut that is completely different from what I requested. I was also extremely disappointed with the overall service. I felt rushed throughout my appointment and was treated as though my booking was a last-minute appointment, despite having been booked for over a month. There were three different stylists working on my hair during the appointment, which made the experience feel very disorganised, and unfortunately I was not happy with the work from any of them. I was also asked to flip my head upside down while my hair was being dried, which is something I have never experienced at a salon before and added to an already disappointing experience. I am genuinely devastated and very upset with the result, particularly because I only wanted a small trim and now have a significantly shorter, uneven haircut that I did not ask for. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to the salon, which is particularly upsetting given that I have previously had positive experiences here. This service was also extremely expensive.

The team is incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. My hairdresser took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a fantastic result. I always leave feeling well looked after. Excellent service from start to finish.
