The staff was very friendly but the Bondi Glow treatment was a big disappointment. I was for 25 minutes in the room. During that time is received a 10 minutes treatment as the rest of time was used for talking about what will be done in the next sessions that I didn't book and don't want to book. It's more a promotion talk then a consultation. Also in regard to the actual treatment: These 10 minutes are definitely not worth 153 Aud$ as the Hydrafacial was not completely applied to my while face but solely the t-zone, even though it was said it will be. I had a Hydrafacial signature treatment last year in another clinic and it was a totally different experience. I'm very disappointed with this one. Feels like a waste of money and time. It felt like a fast client processing procedure with quick movements, fast talking, and not a gentle application of the products. I didn't feel like I can relax there and enjoy the treatment.
