Always a wonderful experience getting my hair done here. Have never had a bad cut, the staff are always so friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Some staff non compliant with Covid-19 mask regulations Staff speaking negatively of other clients directly to their clients Double the price of competitor hair dresser for colours - suggest advertising prices and informing customers of price increase Feels rushed/overbooked Poor hair cut techniques - uneven Overall staff are friendly, could improve on professionalism
