Chloe established Style Express n February 2015. We are proud to be finalists in St George Local Business awards for the last 4 years!


Chloe has been a passionate  hairdresser for 10    years and her  love  for the  industry shows through her work and business. Over the years, she has undertaken several courses which include Certificate III and IV in Hairdressing, Barbering and  Makeup. Whilst furthering her education, Chloe has developed her own unique style and shares this with her staff.


The Staff at Style Express are experienced hairdressers who regularly attend training  courses to keep up  with the latest colour, cutting and styling trends to ensure our clients are kept current.


At Style Express, we have chosen to use only the best quality products for our clients.  These include Davines Hair Colours which are ammonia free, and Pure products which are sulphate and paraben free. We also use the Terre a Mer Hair Repair Keratin Treatment which eliminates frizz and relaxes curl whilst also repairing damage to the hair.


We are stockists of Davines, Pure, Juuce, Olaplex, Model Rock, Showpony and Seamless1 Hair Extensions.

The young apprentice or newer hairdressers require training in proper hair washing. Clients should be communicated to prior or during their wash if it's ok. I prefer a scrub and requested twice but was dissapointed with the very light handed wash, it didn't feel like a thorough wash for me and a very tiny amount of conditioner was applied which left my hair very static when hair was straightened. The lady that blow dried my hair was great and was a perfectionist in her straightening as well as her hair trimming. I have experienced this before and often if it's washed properly with bit more conditioner applied, my hair is a lot more smoother and silkier.

The salon was recommended to me so I went confidently thinking I would leave happy with a nice style for a wedding that night . Not sure if I had an apprentice do my hair or what but I unfortunately I was not happy at all . I didn’t want to say too much as I don’t like telling people how to do their job but when I noticed the final spraying being done. I had to speak up. The young lady attempted to try and fix it but things got worse . I left disappointed …..

I’m a senior and I normally pay $112 for colour cut and blow dry. Because I said my colour needed a little more depth , I wasn’t asking for complete colour change yet I was charged so much more today. I am a retired hairdresser so I know what’s involved the hairdresser should explain to client and give the option if I’m prepared to pay an extra $45 for colour. This has left me disappointed.

I am a little disappointed in the conditioning treatment by Rhianna it was perfunctory , uncomfortable and I have a few scratches on my neck from her nails.I would request that in future I have someone else do the wash and conditioning treatment. I am very happy with the cut and colour by Jesse
