If I hadn't had to wait 40 mins before I was looked after, it would have been a better experience. Because of this, the hairdresser was rushing at the end but I will give them another chance.

It would be great if, in the online booking form, 'trim' was added as an option, potentially a little less expensive then a 'style cut'. Amazing professional service from the hair dresser, could improve on the customer service at the register (there was no-one to greet me or for me to check-in with upon arrival).

- they should follow the appointment times because our time is important too. - they should have alarms for each procedure they do to the clients, so they may be notifies when it's done so the chemical will not over stay in your hair or whatsoever. - i think they should have some promo's or discounts when we come back for another service - staffs are great overall and friendly
