Steve was lovely and welcoming, he asked in detail about my hair and routine. He was very open and listened to what I had to say and how I wanted my hair cut. It was a wonderful experience all round and love that they offer a complementary cut check 1-4 weeks after the curly cut. Overall, very happy!
