The Spa offers a range of signature therapies and spa experiences, including Relaxation Massage, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy Massage, Facials, LED, Microdermabrasion, Body Wraps and Scrubs, Manicures and Pedicures, Make-Up tanning and waxing to nurture your mind, body and soul. We would have expected more for the service and cost, considering we were given water in our champaign glass instead of champaign! We specifically asked for champaign with our spa. We paid for that and did not get it, WATER... Was what we got... In a champaign glass that was plastic... Not the way we wanted to finish our year and start our holidays. So we then had to pay the bar next door to give us our beverage. Then we saw the staff lady leaving the premises waving two full bottles of champaign at us and yelling out, "thanks" to us!!! WHAT THE...also on arriving we would have preferred leaving the "are you pregnant" question for the application questionnaire form rather than looking you up and down then saying "are you pregnant"!!! Well, "NO" but thanks for your confidence. I think We should get a REFUND..."oh" I nearly forgot, PLEASE. That is called having MANNERS and RESPECT...

I enjoyed a vichy spa/facial/exfoliation treatment at the Royal. I was utterly spoiled. Emma (I think) gave me the best facial and scalp massage that I have ever had - her hands were divine. I felt weary and sore going in, and the next day I felt like a million dollars. I will definitely return, hopefully with a friend so we can feel like queens together. Thank you for making my week.

The manager i approached to make my appiontment was very rude. I was so taken aback by her that i decided to leave the spa and call to make my appiontment. To my great disapointment she answered my call the following day and was just as rude to me if not worse. If i did not have a gift voucher to use and as a therapist myself wanting to 'check out' the new royal day spa i would have not even bothered with this place. On a positive note I must say my therapist on the day of my appointment was fantastic and the spa was lovely but the maager treating clients like second class citizens will not encourage people through the door.
